Samuraiki (侍鬼) is named after Shinkenger's title name, "Samurai" (侍).
Samuraiki has the kanji for shi/death 死 in his face. Shi for Shinkenger? This makes thematic sense since that series was all about the power of kanji from Mojikara.
At the end of the episode, Saruhara goes to eat ramen at a ramen cart shop on Oomori-zaka.
Matsui (松井) and Shirai (白井) both have a logo where the first kanji is in the center of the empty 4 line enclosure to make a stylized kanji. It looks similar to the kanji for don/bowl 丼 which has the 4 lines enclosing a dot.
This marks the return of the idol Cola-chan from the idol episode.
