Important things that happened

All 13 Riders appear.
Shinji is just an ordinary journalist who doesn't know anything relating to Riders and Mirror World.
Shinji continues Sakakibara Kouichi's quest in stopping the Rider Battle as Ryuki. Most Riders pretty much want to kill Shinji instead.
There are two endings.
- Ending 1: Shinji continues the Rider Battle in Ren's place as Kamen Rider Knight Survive.
- Ending 2: Shinji destorys the Core Mirror, however the Rider Battle is still effective.

A man who wants to stop the Rider Battle as Ryuki, however he's unable to continue and he gives the Ryuki Card Deck to Shinji.

A rich man who owns everything. His philosophy is that everyone is a Rider. He believes that we are all fighting to survive.

Sakakibara Kouichi is now Ryuki instead of being devoured by Dragreder.
Sudou, Tezuka, and Shibaura appear in this tv special as part of the appearance of all 13 Riders. Because of both Tezuka and Shibaura appearing, Ouja's power up is also removed.
Ren and Tezuka were friends in the past. Now, they're rivals for both being Eri's boyfriends.
At the Game Center, Shibaura plays the Soulcalibur game against an unnamed opponent. The character he plays is Nightmare. Shibaura also gains a lot of fans due to his genius mind to run many things.
