Attacks and Mecha

Izayoi-style Ninpou (十六夜流忍法)

  • Iitokodori no Jutsu (イイトコドリの術, Speciality Steal Technique) - Used to steal the person's speciality, turn into ball/crystal.
  • Bunshin no Jutsu (分身の術, Cloning Technique)
  • Shoukan no Jutsu (召喚の術, Summoning Technique) - Used to summon Kyuuemon's Otomo Nin.
  • Kogitsune Ranbu (コギツネ乱舞, Rampage of the tiny foxes) - Fires 9 tiny foxes at an opponent in an arc that makes it look like it has 9 tails.

Songs Used

Trivia

  • Kyuuemon's Karakuri robo has a nine tail attack. A reference to the nine-tailed fox from Japanese myth.
  • The mud boat line is apparently a reference to the folk tale Kachi-kachi Yama about a wicked tanuki who drowns in a mud boat for his misdeeds. This goes along the ongoing joke that everyone confuses mujina (a badger) with a tanuki (a racoon-type creature).
    • Nagi later announces that the plan was named the Kachikachi Plan, named after the Kachi-kachi Yama folktale.
  • When Kinji speaks English, the Japanese subtitles have "de gozai yasu" in brackets at the back.

Out of Episode Trivia

  • During the ending theme, there's a guess the number of colored fireworks there are. The colors match the colors on the remote for TV's in Japan.
    • Blue 5 Red 3 Green 6 Yellow 2
  • Super Hero Time intro with Drive this week.

Actor Trivia

Corrections

01:57 Kyuuemon line "I require your services as an Izayoi-stye ninja." has a typo, should be "style"
