< Task 14 | The Water Metropolis 水の都 |
Task 16 > |
Aired with Kamen Rider Kabuto 18 |
Summary
- A strange monster known as Ragi steals a document with unknown written characters, which might reveal the secret of a water metropolis.
- The Boukengers catch up to him, and BoukenRed gets part of the document after tearing it in a tussle with Ragi.
- It is learnt that Ragi is actually from the water metropolis. An old man, who apparently is an elder from it, says that the water metropolis turned into a desert after its Precious, the Aqua Crystal, shattered.
- However, the Aqua Crystal would recrystalize after a long period of time, and the document would point to its location. Ragi was actually trying to retrieve the crystal to revive the water metropolis, and worked with Ryuuoun, who gave him the Jaryuu's dragon powers, turning him into his current form.
- The old man destroyed the torn part of the document in hope that Ragi would give up the search, as he did not want to see Ragi die.
- Ragi discarded his Proof of the Water, a crystal that allows one to live in the water metropolis, for the power.
- Ryuuoun has no intentions of giving the Aqua Crystal to Ragi though, and tries to kill him after he failed to retrieve the Crystal.
- BoukenRed protects Ragi and escapes with him.
