Important things that happened
- Maki's reaction to Chiyoko's picture on the coupon is explained. He had a sister named Hitomi who looks like Chiyoko. She died 25 years ago.
- Hina equates Eiji to being a punch drunker with using the power of OOO.
- The first appearance of Birthday. It's when Birth uses all of his attachments at the same time. It introduce the final attachment Cutter Wing in the show.
- It is confirmed at the end of the episode that the left arm of Ankh is independent from the Ankh we know.

Yummy
- Omu Yummy (オウムヤミー)

Based on a cockatoo, it was born from Okamura Kazuki's desire to get back into the ring. It has the ability to take the life essence of a person's left arm and converted it into feathers. The Yummy uses these feathers to restore the broken left hand of Kazuki. Since it is based off a bird, it can fly, but also can spit fire from its mouth.
