Important things that happened

Gills attacks the young man in black out of fear, but the young man simply disappears, leaving his strange symbol on the ground.
Mana and Shouichi meet a woman on the streets. The woman has that "Where-have-I-seen-you-before" look on her face when she sees Shouichi, the same look that Ryou had when he walked past Shouichi in episode 1.
They set up a meeting with the woman to discuss Shouichi's past. Shouichi becomes nervous because of this.
Shouichi heads out to the meeting, but goes to a shop to buy some gardening wires and other stuff.
Shouichi goes home claiming the woman never appeared at the meeting place. The stuff he takes out from the shopping bag has no gardening wires.
The woman is found dead by wire strangulation in the park. Hikawa, being transferred to criminal investigation, goes to investigate the case.
The police goes to question Shouichi, but Shouichi tries to run away when he senses the Unknown appearing. The police arrests him for resisting.
Houjou deploys in the G3 suit for the first time. He shoots at the Unknown straight out even when the Unknown is holding a kid, though his method still defeats the Unknown and saves the kid.

Hikawa doesn't know the murdered woman, but he feels he'd met this woman before.
Ozawa Sumiko was born in 1977 in New York. She has an I.Q. of over 180. She entered the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at 12, and was the top graduate in her doctoral course at 15. She came to Japan and after graduating from Jouhoku University, joined the police and designed the G3 System.
