• Geryon gives Atropos the same book that Rinne had as a child, Grand Path to Becoming an Alchemist. In episode 2, Rinne recalled the end of the story. By contrast, we hear the start of the story for the first time.
• Tacchan is the nasty recurring character in the series. In episode 14 he played a jerk editor, and in 23 he was a jerk boyfriend.
