Kurogane Spanner

Kurogane Spanner is an alchemist who transforms into the Rider-like ValvaRad in Kamen Rider Gotchard.
At some point, Kurogane graduated from the Alchemist Academy and earned a name for himself as an Alchemist. He created the ValvaRad armor on his own, a system separate from the Kamen Rider system used by Gotchard.
