His catchphrase seems to be to call people "Careless". In Japanese this means "insecure", which fits his guard background.
Also, Spriggans were known as fairy bodyguards, so it makes sense that his human form is also a guard.
Continuing on this defense theme, Spriggan possesses a shield that can seemingly block most spell attacks.

Nakamoto Osamu (中本治)

Was working in the Niol ruins (ニオール遺跡) when he found the ring and mysterious artifact.

Wiseman shows the silhouette of his human form.
The beginning of the episode quickly wraps up the loose end with Takako being moved to safety, out of reach of the Phantoms.
At the start of the episode a test was conducted. From 8:01 to 8:59 the broadcasts that followed were done from the Tokyo Skytree tower. Because of this, there's a slight desync when the video feed switches over.
Nakamoto works for the Asahina Archaeology Lab, which sounds fairly similar to TV-Asahi, the channel where Wizard airs.
Spriggan's human form is a guard. He often calls other people "careless" which in Japanese can also mean "insecure", which fits his guard background.
Haruto uses Nitou's catchphrase against him.
Nakamoto says that there's a resemblance between Beast's items and the Sumerian culture, but this might have been an excuse to leave the room.
Niol is an anagram of Lion. Nakamoto found the ring in the Niol ruins.
