Tanba Ittetsu

Tanba Ittetsu is an elderly man who participates in the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Keiro.

A random selection for the Pirate Game places him on the same team as Azuma Michinaga and Yaginuma Yukie.

According to what he wrote on his Desire Card, Ittetsu's wish is to be young again.

Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Keiro ID Core attached to the driver, Ittetsu transforms into Kamen Rider Keiro.
Kamen Rider Keiro is themed after an owl. His name means "respect for the aged".
