Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Buffa Core ID attached to the driver, Michinaga transforms into Kamen Rider Buffa.
Hence the name Buffa, Kamen Rider Buffa is themed after a buffalo, as well as the Ushi-oni folklore when in Zombie Form.
A fierce competitor in the Desire Grand Prix, Buffa battles aggressively against Jamato. Uses the Zombie Breaker as his default weapon.
