Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Buffa Core ID attached to the driver, Michinaga transforms into Kamen Rider Buffa.
Hence the name Buffa, Kamen Rider Buffa is themed after a buffalo and Ushi-oni.
A fierce competitor in the Desire Grand Prix, Buffa battles aggressively against Jamato. Uses the Zombie Breaker as his default weapon.
