- Gaburaa appears to have a chupacabra theme, whose name literally mean "goat suckers". Along that theme, he's from Planet Chuppa in the Capricorn system. Gabu is the Japanese sound for "bite".
- He tells the KyuuRangers that they will become his blood. And when he dies, he says he's become a blood bath.
- Cuervo is Spanish for "crow" and he's the warrior who represents the Corvus system. Corvus is Latin for "crow".
