Background

Deneb came to the present times along with Kai and other Imagins. Sakurai had been desperately fighting by himself as Zeronos Altair Form against Kai's forces. Seeing that made Deneb wanted to help him, resulted in him betraying Kai and forming a contract with Sakurai. Sakurai's wish is for Deneb to fight with his past self, Yuuto. Bearing that wish, after Sakurai escaped into the time gaps following the "lake incident", Deneb brought ZeroLiner and the Zeronos cards to Yuuto and explained the situation. By this event order, Deneb is actually the first Imagin to possess and fight with a Rider in this series.
