Release date: October 27, 2007. Sequel to Kamen Rider The First.
The release on DVD includes a Release Ver. which is the theatrical version and an Extension Ver. which has a different ending.

Story
- There are rumors of people getting killed while listening to "Platinum Smile". This popular song is sung by Kazami Chiharu.
- Hongou Takeshi is forced to fight against Shocker again when he helps one of his students, Kikuma Kotomi, to solve the disappearance of her best friend, Kazami Chiharu.
- Ichimonji Hayato continues to survive the blood rejection effects.
- Kazami Shirou, who recently became Kamen Rider V3 through Shocker's experiment on him, was alerted about the disappearance of his little sister, Chiharu.
- With the experiment on Kazami Shirou was a success, Shocker is now on the move to remodel the entire Japan with their nano-robot technology.
