- Mishima offers a deal to Negishi to overthrow Kagami Riku together.
- Kageyama transforms into a Native Worm under the influence of the Worm detection necklaces. Later, Yaguruma ends his pain by killing him.
- The imposter Tendou was once a human. He was the first test subject being turned into a Native Worm before he endured more experiments which resulted the creation of the Masked Rider System.
- Kagami Riku reveals that the out of control system was meant to activate for future battles against the Native Worms should they someday turn on the humans.
- Tendou dies under the rubble.
