Important things that happened

Detective Sudou Masashi reveals himself to be Scissors. He and Kaga worked together for some dirty work, Sudou killed the man because he didn't like Kaga's demand for getting more payment. Kanzaki Shirou eventually approached to Sudou, offering him a chance to fight in the Rider Battle as Scissors.
Knight and Scissors battle. Knight breaks Scissors' Card Deck, which breaks Scissors' contract with Volcancer. As a result, Volcancer consumes Scissors. Volcancer is eventually destroyed by Ryuki's Final Vent.
Knight tells Ryuki there are a total of thirteen Card Decks. With Scissors gone, there are twelve Riders left.
The fourth Kamen Rider appears.

When a Rider's Contract Card is destroyed, the Mirror Monster would turn on the Rider for breaking the contract. This happens when Scissors' Card Deck shatters into pieces.
