He is the Swordsman of Thunder of the Sword of Logos. Possesses the Lightning Blade Ikazuchi.
He is the son of the late Fukamiya Hayato, the first Kamen Rider Calibur. 15 years after his father's defection from the Sword of Logos and disappearance, Kento grew to resent his father and sought to confront Calibur for answers.
A childhood friend to Kamiyama Touma and Luna, Kento would often spend time with them, reading books while settled underneath a tree.
Kento uses Ikazuchi and the Holy Blade Swordriver to transform into Kamen Rider Espada.
Following his "death" to Kamijou Daichi in episode 13, Kento returned as the third Kamen Rider Calibur with the goal of rewriting the future to prevent Touma and the world from erasure.
After a momentary reunion with his father in episode 38, Kento regains confidence in the path he wishes to follow. He returns as Espada and rejoins his friends in the final battle against Master Logos, followed by Storious.
Using Wonder Ride Books with the Holy Blade Swordriver and Lightning Blade Ikazuchi, Kento transforms into Kamen Rider Espada.
Espada is themed after a knight and a genie lamp. He is based on the genie lamp from Aladdin.
