Characters
Tokusou Sentai DekaRanger
Akaza Banban (Ban) / DekaRed
Actor: Sainei Ryuuji (載寧 龍二 )
A hothead member who joins the team in the beginning of the series. He acts very emotionally most of the time and strongly believes in justice. He at first clashes with the others, especially Houji; he is often seen calling Houji his partner, which annoyed the latter. Ban's main weapons are his "D-Magnums", which he uses for his Juu Ken Do.
Tomasu Houji (Houji) / DekaBlue
Actor: Hayashi Tsuyoshi (林 剛史)
The cool member of the team. Houji often acts like a professional and tends to be arrogant of his skills at times. He develops a strong dislike for Ban at the beginning of the show due to Ban not taking things as serious as him and calling him his partner. Houji is an excellent sniper and wields the "D-Sniper" as his main weapon. He does blurt out English phrases at time.
Enari Sen'ichi (Sen-chan) / DekaGreen
Actor: Itou Yousuke (伊藤 陽佑)
The quiet and reserved member of the team. Sen is a very powerful thinker at critical times when he does his "Thinking Pose", where he hangs himself upside down. While he is often quiet and reserved, Sen can act very scary when he's really enraged. His main weapon is the "D-Blaster", which is also a sniping weapon similar to Houji's.
Reimon Marika (Jasmine) / DekaYellow
Actress: Kinoshita Ayumi (木下 あゆ美)
Another often reserved member of the team. She is a ESPer, which means that she can read the thoughts of the person she comes in contact to, touch the location that person once was in, or use a medium that the other person is touching. However, overusing her psychic powers can exhaust her. To prevent herself from freely reading the mind of others, she wears gloves almost all the time. She uses the "D-Stick", which is like a rifle.
Kodou Koume (Umeko) / DekaPink
Actress: Kikuchi Mika (菊地 美香)
She has a lively and friendly personality, but has a tendency to spend her times in bubble bathes. She is tight friends with Jasmine, as well as Murphy, which is a mechanical dog that was placed under her care. Unlike others, she does not have a special ability of her own. Like Jasmine, Umeko carries the "D-Stick"
Doggie Kruger / DekaMaster
Voice Actor: Inada Tetsu (稲田 徹)
An alien dog from the planet Anubis. He is the leader of the Earth's S.P.D. unit. He is a tough master and only appears to the DekaRangers in battle when they are truly in trouble. His weapon is the "D-Sword Vega"
Aira Tekkan (Tetsu) / DekaBreak
Actor: Yoshida Tomokazu (吉田 友一)
A super elite from the S.P.D.'s Tokkyou division that was sent to Earth when the Hell's Siblings attacked and rendered the other DekaRangers powerless. He at first is very arrogant and doesn't believe in "good luck" or the "power of justice"; however, after seeing the other DekaRangers growing because of their strong beliefs in justice, Tetsu grew in an interest in them and remained on the Earth branch. His main weapon is on his left hand, the BraceThrottle, which contains a series of deadly attacks. Tetsu also blurts out his catchphrase, "Nonsense", in English at times.
Alienizers
Agent Abrera
Voice Actor: Nakao Ryuusei (中尾 隆聖)
The main antagonist of the story. He is a malicious Alienizer who illegally sells weapons on the blackmarkets for money to other Alienizers. His greatest ambition is money, as well as taking over the Earth branch.
