Before the opening, Right asks Wagon to bring them some food. After the opening, Right dashes out with food in one hand. And he speaks with his mouth full.
RyouKnight is voiced by Tokacchi's older brother, who appeared on Station 23 too. His actor, Ohno Mizuki, was Kenta on Ultraman Ginga.
This isn't John Kaminari's first sentai appearance. He was also ShinkenBrown on Shinkengers.
The town name is Otogi which is Japanese for "fairy tale". The signs pointing left and right are the typical "acchi" and "kocchi" signs which mean "that way" and "this way".
In Momotarou's attack, his banner says "Japan #1". Momotarou's tale is a well-known Japanese folk tale.
When the fireworks are going off, Wagon shouts Tamaya. This is a Japanese tradition when shooting fireworks.
In the preview, they pun bath house and battle (both are pronounced sentou in Japanese).

We learn that Tokacchi has an older brother. However, his brother appears in Station 23 too in the flashback.
