Trivia
- The Episode Title refers to the Core Medals, Eiji having a pair of underwear on him at all times, and Ankh.
- Eiji possesses two quirks. The first quirk is giving off the impression that he knows someone for a long time even though he just met them. The second quirk revolves around having a pair of underwear for tomorrow. The reason for this quirk is explained in episode 8.
- Ankh makes a couple of jabs at himself for being a hand at two points in the episode. The first one is at 15:30 and the second is at 17:46.
- Kougami bakes two cakes. The first cake is for the rebirth of the Greeed. The second one is for the birth of the new OOO.
- The two thieves are played by the comedy duo, Choi Chuck.
