Important things that happened

When Megumi reports to Shima about Kiva's existence, he warns her not to mention Kiva in front of a man named Nago Keisuke because this man will hate Kiva.
Miyasawa Hitomi approaches Wataru for the job to repair her violin.
Hitomi takes her revenge on Megumi for Yuri damaging her violin in the year of 1986.

Yuri is sent to guard Miyasawa Hitomi from a Fangire that attacks female violinists. She eventually realizes that the woman is the Fangire.

There is a connection between 1986 and 2008. Hitomi spends 22 years looking for a violin repairer to repair her violin after it was badly damaged by Yuri. She eventually approaches Wataru for the job.
When Wataru plays a melody on Otoya's violin, the violin can disrupt Hitomi's melody.
Umemiya Masako portrayed Takizawa Midori on Kamen Rider Hibiki.
