Important things that happened

Kanzaki Shirou approaches Asakura Takeshi in his cell and offers him a chance to escape if he joins the Rider Battle.
- Asakura accepts the offer and transforms into Kamen Rider Ouja. He breaks out of the Kantou Prison.
Kitaoka bails Shibaura out of police custody. Their identities as Riders are revealed between them.
Asakura seeks revenge on Kitaoka, who refused to bail him out. He hunts down Kitaoka after finding his address.
Shibaura reveals to Asakura that Kitaoka is also a Rider.
Asakura holds the resturant customers as hostages, Shinji is caught in the crime scene after defeating the Gelnewt Mirror Monster.
