Gamel's Core Medals was initially cracked by Maki when he try to attack him for tarnishing Mezool. After taking a combined direct attack of Breast Cannons, Gamel died soon after.
Date returns from his surgery and uses the Prototype Birth Driver to fight with Gotou.
Maki inserts two more Purple Medals into Eiji causing him to become a full Greeed.

The Episode Title refers to Eiji becoming a full Greeed, Date returning and becoming Prototype Birth to fight alongside Gotou, and to be able to live a life which he can enjoy everything.
Maki's doll has angry eyebrows after being knocked away by Gamel.
While having six Purple Medals inside of him, Eiji transforms into OOO. His eyes are purple instead the usual green.
Eiji's Greeed form is slightly different from Maki's Greeed form. His head is white instead of purple. He doesn't have a cape and has reddish in spots.
Ankh shows off his full Greeed form for the first time. The purple on the right side of the head is gone and now is fully complete.
