Summary

  • While the others are willing to forgive Rio and Mele, Ran and Retsu are not. They point out that Rio and Mele have brought lots of suffering to many people.
  • Master Shafu suggests that they should atone their sins by the KenDan, a "judgement by fists".
  • Bae reveals when Mele released her GenKi, Bae's Geki filled to a point where he does not need to depend on her to survive anymore.
  • Rio and Mele fight Ran and Retsu in the KenDan. In the midst of it, Sanyo appears to reveal that he was alive.
  • In a surprising twist of events, Long also appears to be alive and well.
  • Long then absorbs Sanyo and turns into the MugenRyuu, a gigantic dragon with many heads.
  • Mele mortally wounds herself while trying to protect the GekiRangers from it.
  • Rio then gives Jan, Ran and Retsu all his RinGi, before using the RinGi Dai KaiHou on Long, obliterating him. This attack, though, also kills Rio himself.
  • However, Long then appears to revive again, unscathed.
  • In a finishing scene, Rio meets Mele in what seems to be the afterlife.
