- The Episode Title refers to the Core Medals, Eiji having a pair of underwear on him at all times, and Ankh.
- Eiji possesses two quirks. The first quirk is giving off the impression that he knows someone for a long time even though he just met them. The second quirk revolves around having a pair of underwear for tomorrow.
