Introduction
Project City Zawame is a battleground for dance teams called Beat Riders. If a team has a Player Pass, they can dance on one of the city's stages. The west stage is controlled by Team Gaim.
The teams are ranked based on their results from the Inves Games. By using Lock Seeds, players can summon Inves from another dimension and have them battle.
The Yggdrasill Corporation secretly run the town. They're researching the Lock Seeds, as well as selling them through distributors, like Lock Dealer Cid.

Team Gaim
Armored Rider Gaim / Kazuraba Kouta 仮面ライダー鎧武／葛葉紘汰 (20)
- Played by Sano Gaku
- He was the number 2 member for dance team Gaim, but left the team after graduating.
- He went straight to work to put his older sister at ease. She's his only family, and raised him after their parents died.
- He has a tendency to stick his neck out to help others when in need, with little care for himself. He happened to pick up the Sengoku Driver belt. Transforming into Gaim, he became caught in the battle between the teams.
- He always fights for others. He is always trying to find his reason for fighting.
Armored Rider Ryuugen / Kureshima Mitsuzane 仮面ライダー龍玄／呉島光実(16)
- Nicknamed Micchi by his fellow Team Gaim members
- Played by Takasugi Mahiro
- Team Gaim member. He's like a little brother to Kouta.
- He keeps it secret, but his family are members of Yggdrasill Corporation. He also hides the fact that he goes to an elite high school from his friends.
- Despite growing up affluent and having his future set for him, he still dreams of overcoming his destiny and breaking free from his rails.
- He adores and slightly envies Kouta for being a dependable leader.
Takatsukasa Mai 高司 舞 (17)
- Played by Shida Yuumi
- A heroine who hopes to become a pro dancer.
- Kouta's childhood friend and a Team Gaim member.
- A determined young girl who acts like a big sister, helping take care of the other team members.
- She treats Kouta like a competitor, but actually cares for him deeply for all the times he's stood up for her.
Chucky チャッキー
- Played by KANON
- Team Gaim member. A top-level dancer in the team. Strong-willed and can be somewhat tomboyish.
Rika リカ
- Played by MIINA
- Team Gaim member. When it comes to dancing, even Chucky can't outdance her. Has a my pace personality.
Rat ラット
- Played by Ozawa Ren
- Team Gaim member. Quite a dancer, prefers showy performances. He's endlessly cheerful, and acts as the team mood maker. He can get easily excited, which can lead to him getting hurt.
Team Baron
Armored Rider Baron / Kumon Kaito 仮面ライダーバロン／駆紋戒斗(20)
- Played by Kobayashi Yutaka
- The leader of Team Gaim's rivals, Team Baron.
- Growing up in a poor family, he learned from an early age that the strong devour the weak. He views the world as his enemies.
- He trains, because he realizes he'll need power to confront the world. Those around view him in awe. He is a ferocious leader.
Zack ザック
- Played by Matsuda Gaku
- チーム『バロン』のメンバー。ダンスのスキルも高く、実直で献身的な、戒斗の貴重な右腕。優秀なNo.２である。
Peko ペコ
- Played by Momose Saku
- チーム『バロン』のメンバー。小柄だがダンスのキレは抜群。チームと戒斗に対する忠誠心は高く、故に姑息な手段を用いてでもインベスゲームに勝とうと目論む。

- Mitsuzane's older brother and a major figure in the Yggdrasill Corporation which rule Zawame City.
- A cold and ruthless realist, he will use any means to achieve his goals. However, he has a warm spot for his family, and will spoil Mitsuzane.
Kazuraba Akira 葛葉 晶(24)
- Played by Izumi Rika
- Kouta's older sister. Works as an OL in one of the companies affiliated with Yggdrasill Corporation. She does this to support her little brother, whom she always watches over.
Bandou "Master" Kiyojirou 阪東清治郎
- Played by Yuge Tomohisa
- フルーツパーラー『ドルーパーズ』のマスター。パフェを作らせたら沢芽市では彼の右に出るものはいない。居心地の良い店は、紘汰達の休憩所として、また、情報交換の場所として、貴重な役割を果たしている。
Lock Dealer Cid 錠前ディーラー シド
- Played by Namioka Kazuki
- インベスゲームに興じる少年達に錠前を売る錠前ディーラー。達者な売り文句と巧みな話術で少年達に錠前を与える姿には、何やら計画性が垣間みられる。そもそも一般的な流通ルートには乗っていない錠前をどこから大量に仕入れているのか、彼の素性とともに謎は多い。

- 新興都市で海賊ラジオを放送しているDJ。
- ダンス好きな若者たち＝ビートライダーズたちのカリスマであり扇動者。

- Kubota Yuuki was in the movies, Kamen Rider The Next and Garo ~Soukoku no Maryuu~ and guest starred in Garo Makai Senki 09.
- Izumi Rika played Mizuno Ami / Sailor Mercury in Toei's Sailor Moon live drama. Coincidentally, her co-star Sawai Miyuu/Sailor Moon also guest starred in Kamen Rider Wizard the same year.
- Yuge Tomohisa was Gorou-chan in Ryuki and guest starred in many Toei works. Including the Sailor Moon live drama.
- Namioka Kazuki was Demon Knight on JustiRiser, Lion Maru G, as well as a regular on Densha Otoko.
- Yggdrasill is based on the old Norse spelling for Yggdrasil (with one L), the latter of which being more common in English.
