Gremlin reveals that he knows that Wiseman has the Philosopher's Stone.
- Gremlin cryptically says that he's like Wiseman and that he's not Gremlin... he's Sora.
Haruto wakes up, but has lost his magic.
Haruto doesn't give up, and the Infinity Wizard Ring forms from his tears.
Haruto transforms into Kamen Rider Wizard Infinity Style. He defeats Legion and saves Koyomi.
Wiseman tells Medusa to take orders from Gremlin from here on.

A Phantom with multiple mouths on his body. He looks for beautiful people. When he finds a person that interests him, he yells out Exciting and attacks them, leaving them in a coma.
In his human form he wears a dirty white outfit.

Haruto usually doesn't yell out his Henshin. But in this episode, he is very clearly yelling.
After transforming into his new form, white mage is seen in the background commenting that a problem has arisen.
