He quotes the DekaRanger opening narrative and addresses his superior as Umeko, which is also DekaPink's name. Akagi works for Sasaki Pompoko Delivery which shares the same acronym as Special Police DekaRanger. In his AkibaRanger rollcall, Akagi sneaks in a recommendation for Banban from DekaRangers.
