Story
- All 13 Riders fight against each others.
- Kido Shinji is a journalist who doesn't know anything before he encounters a Mirror World monster and Kamen Rider Ryuki.
- After the death of Sakakibara Kouichi, Shinji intends to continue stopping the Rider War.
- Most Riders rejected Shinji's offer and planned to kill him instead.
- Akiyama Ren finally befriend with Shinji and passed the Knight Deck to Shinji before dying.
- This special serves with two endings.
- Ending 1: Shinji continues the Rider War in Ren's place.

Sakakibara Kouichi 榊原 耕一 / Kamen Rider Ryuki - Wada Keiichi
- The first and original Kamen Rider Ryuki before Kido Shinji. He intended to stop the Rider War, however he was unable to continue and passed the Ryuki Deck to Shinji.
Takamizawa Mitsurou 高見沢 逸郎 / Kamen Rider Verde - Kuroda Arthur
- A rich man who owns everything. In his perspective view, he thinks people in the society are Riders and those who want to survive must kick the others out.
