Hareruya Win is a staff member of the Desire Grand Prix.
His name is play on the words Hallelujah and win, which sounds similar to Halloween when they are pronounced together.
Initially brought into the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Punk Jack for the Duo Concentration game. However, Punk Jack's identity was anonymous at the time and was prohibited from speaking or showing his face to anyone.
Hareruya Win appears as a punk rock guitarist and expresses a romantic interest in Tsumuri.
He joins the next Desire Grand Prix after Ukiyo Ace defeated the previous game's last boss and became the Desire God.
Win is tasked by the Gamemaster to put an end to Geats' winning streak.
Kamen Rider Punk Jack

Suit actor: Tsutamune Masato
Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Punk Jack ID Core attached to the driver, Win transforms into Kamen Rider Punk Jack.
Punk Jack is themed after a bear and his helmet resembles a jack-o'-lantern.
His name comes from a mashup of punk and jack-o'-lantern.
