Azuma Michinaga participates in the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Buffa. His day job is a construction worker. His co-worker Imai Tooru was also in a previous Desire Grand Prix.

Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Buffa Core ID attached to the driver, Michinaga transforms into Kamen Rider Buffa.
Buffa is named after buffalo.
A fierce competitor in the Desire Grand Prix, Buffa battles aggressively against Jamato. Uses the Zombie Breaker as his default weapon.

In this form he is equipped with the Zombie Breaker.

Buffa is equipped with the Raise Water, a blue water pistol.
Because his combat style is melee-based, Buffa wields the Raise Water like a club when fighting Jamato.

Combined with Boost's speed, Buffa drags Jamato through the ground with his Berserk Claw.
Interchangeable with Boost Zombie Form via the Desire Driver's Revolve On function.
