Important things that happened

  • Emoto is teaching the special course.
  • Sugiura has inexplicably started making new, oppressive rules while the president is hospitalized.
  • Because of Taurus' special ability, Gentarou and JK lose the ability to defy him since they signed contracts.
  • Even though he basically defeats Meteor in a fair fight, Virgo intervenes and suggests using Meteor instead. So Meteor challenges Sugiura to his specialty, golf.
  • No Fourze next week, next Fourze will be on the 24th.

Trivia

  • Sugiura Yuuta. If you remove gi, u, and yu, that leaves su-ra-u-ta, which is Taurus backwards. Plus gi+yu+u can form gyuu, which is the Japanese word for "cattle".
  • JK's dancing and Gentarou's jump rope are both skills that the actual actors possess. Gentarou even mentions it in the Fourze premiere meeting.
  • During the special lesson, Yuuki stands behind a transparent article about Hayabusa.
  • Emoto describes Gamou as the sun, making an oblique reference to the story of Icarus. He then says Utahoshi Rokurou was like the Earth. He says that he's like the moon, faintly reflecting Gamou's light. Might be worth noting that Emoto does not refer to Gamou with any sort of honorific.
  • The student council room has a nice large picture of the school crest. It's a picture of a river among the stars, which is what Amanogawa literally means.
  • Apparently Sugiura's specialty is golf, we see him practicing in the student council room. He's not bad at break dancing or jump rope either.
  • Ban Chousuke is basically just Banchou or "gang leader". The actor who plays him has an amazing name too that translates to "black stone, tall and wide".

  • Taurus' weapon is shaped like a golf club.
  • Sugiura references the Shinsengumi, who were known as the Mibu-rou 壬生浪 (The ronins of Mibu) as well as Mibu-rou 壬生狼 (The wolves of Mibu). Mibu was a suburb of Kyoto where they were stationed. The student council president is also named Mibu Sayaka.
  • The song that Minapyon is singing is called Lucky Cookie [1] and sung by the Fourze member of the Kamen Rider Girls.

Theories

  • Mibu Sayaka 壬生彩加 => Sakana 彩加生 or fish. The 壬 looks like the symbol for Pisces (♓) when on its side. Pisces?
  • Oki Shouko 沖荘子. Oki means "open sea". Pisces?
  • Emoto = Otome or Maiden. Virgo?
