*Hikawa does a body check-up on Ozawa's request; the doctor explains Hikawa is man who bears pain. Despite all the muscles are tearing, Hikawa feels no problem until the body reaches its limits, even he has trouble in standing up straight. Ozawa awares Hikawa cannot master using the G3-X because he puts a lot of force into his movements. She describes G3-X has an AI program that has a will of its own; Hikawa's forceful movements clash with the AI, resulting it does damage to his body.
*Ozawa considers finding someone else who can harmonize with the AI's will. She decides Shouichi is a carefree person who can be a good candidate to try the G3-X suit. Hikawa refuses to let Shouichi replace him in using the G3-X. He trains extensively just to make Ozawa give him another chance.
*Houjou passes the first maneuver in the V1 System suit. He changes position with Hikawa who prepares to go through the maneuver in the G3-X. Houjou accidentally points his gun at G3-X; the G3-X AI turns on, causing the Rider to attack Houjou. As G3-X is about to deliver a finishing punch on the unconscious Houjou, he stops and hears a call saying an Unknown is sighted. G3-X deploys to the battle site immediately. The episode ends with G3-X defeating the Apis Mellitus Unknown and then points the GX-05 weapon at Agito.

*Shouichi and Ozawa test Hikawa in whether he really puts a lot of force into his movements. Shouichi notices Hikawa can pick up Momen-tofu, but not Kinugoshi-tofu. Tofu has two meanings: Momen means firm while Kinugoshi means soft.
