Trivia
- Haruka draws left-handed.
- Samuraiki (侍鬼) is named after Shinkenger's title name, "Samurai" (侍).
- Samuraiki has the kanji for shi/death 死 in his face. Shi for Shinkenger? This makes thematic sense since that series was all about the power of kanji from Mojikara.
- At the end of the episode, Saruhara goes to eat ramen at a ramen cart shop on Oomori-zaka.
- Matsui (松井) and Shirai (白井) both have a logo where the first kanji is in the center of the empty 4 line enclosure to make a stylized kanji. It looks similar to the kanji for don/bowl 丼 which has the 4 lines enclosing a dot.
- This marks the return of the idol Cola-chan from the idol episode.
