Summary
Fifteen year old kids live in the Shibuya area, but things aren't what they seem. They're pursued by a killer named Peace, and other explainable phenomenon occur. The teens are split into three gangs: the Love Generations ラブゲンのボス, the PalHands パルハンズ, and Bunkamu ブンカム.
