- The main hero and protagonist of the series.
- A camper abducted and experimented by Neo-Shocker, but managed to escape from becoming a cyborg that serves them.
- Using his powers programmed into him by Neo-Shocker, Hiroshi combats the sinister organization as Sky Rider.
