Gokudosu Giru

ゴクドス・ギル

The manifestation of all the evil spirits of the past Zangyack emperors. Gai said that they encountered Gokudosu on the Zangyack home planet (an adventure the viewer hears about but never sees). Thus, this is a new character revelation that only happens in this episode. Some believe it may be a repaint/remodel of Akudosu Giru.

Like the other emperors, his name is based on an actual Japanese phrase. Like Waruzu Giru is "waru sugiru" meaning "too evil". His father follows this logic with Akudosu Giru being "aku do-sugiru" meaning "much too evil". Gokudosu Giru would be "goku do sugiru" or "the most extreme".

Is the 2000th Super Sentai episode broadcasted.
The episode title is a reference to the phrase King of Kings, which means "great king" or "high king".
At the end of the episode, Navi says its destiny is to appear in the 3000th episode anniversary. That would be around the 60th anniversary Sentai series in 2036 (assuming 50 episodes per series).
