Important things that happened

Ankh frees Uva, Kazari, Gamel, and Mezool and takes the seal with him.

Hino Eiji becomes Kamen Rider OOO with the seal that Ankh took with him.

Ankh uses Izumi Shingo's body for his own purposes. At the time, his relation to Izumi Hina is unknown to the characters.

Trivia

The Episode Title refers to the Core Medals, Eiji having a pair of underwear on him at all times, and Ankh.

Eiji possesses two quirks. The first quirk is giving off the impression that he knows someone for a long time even though he just met them. The second quirk revolves around having a pair of underwear for tomorrow. The reason for this quirk is explained in episode 8.

Ankh makes a couple of jabs at himself for being a hand at two points in the episode. The first one is at 15:30 and the second is at 17:46.

Kougami bakes two cakes. The first cake is for the rebirth of the Greeed. The second one is for the birth of the new OOO.

The two thieves are played by the comedy duo, Choi Chuck.
