Important things that happened

Dora Endos (dressed as a clown) asks a disgruntled kid to spread around sneezing power using golden soccer balls.
Boi goes to fight Dora Endos alone but is thrown into the river.
Dora Endos threatens that if the ZyuRanger defeats him, the sneezing power inside his body will spread all over the city
The kid saves Boi from the river. Boi realizes Dora Endos' weakness is water.

His weak point is water. Boi proposes freezing him to stop the sneezing powder from spreading. Goushi then uses JuuMammoth's Moth Blizzard attack. Then Geki uses Tyranno Sonic to finish him.
