In a world of everlasting negative thoughts and feelings, monstrous creatures known as Horrors constantly appear. To protect humanity, Makai Knights and Priests work together to battle the Horrors. The title of Golden Knight Garo is bestowed upon the strongest Makai Knight, and customarily passed down from father to son.
