Akira's name when he was a Shadow. His power created rain which would prevent humans from having fun, thus creating darkness. Or so he says.
His name apparently is Arabic for "darkness".

- The suit and AppliChanger appeared before Akira did. It was implied that the Conductor with become the sixth ranger, but when he tried transforming, only Ticket wore the suit.
