Saigetsu's actor, Takagi Katsuya, is reunited with Miyahara Kanon here. They were both in Kamen Rider Amazons.
This is the first time the "Next time on Kamen Rider Gotchard" was subbed in the captions. Normally it's left out.
Saigetsu is Japanese for "time/years". Mimei means "early dawn". And Tasogare means "dusk".
Klotho's new form is called Klotho Rebis (クロトーレビス). Rebis comes from Latin's res bina "dual/double matter" and it considered the end product of an alchemical work. Many rebis's are separation or combinations of opposing natures.
