-Following the last episode, the DekaRanger managed to find out that that whatever Shake entrusted to Maira will be what he's looking for now. Although the DekaRangers offers Maira protection against Shake, Maira refuses by claiming that the one she can trust is herself. Ban chases after her to try and clear his name, but Maira scolds at him by saying that she trusted him yet Ban betrayed and lied to her. Boss assigns the DekaRangers, except Ban, to go and follow Maira. Although Ban argues on this decision, Krugger tells him that if anything happens to the girl, then Ban wouldn't be able to make a rational decision.

-While the other four DekaRanger secretly follows Maira, an army of Mecha Humans appears, which keeps the DekaRangers busy. At the base, Swan advises Ban to take a walk because he might bump into someone on the way. This sparks an idea in Ban's head, and he takes off. At Maira's place, she discovers that the hidden weapon that Shake gave her was hidden in a toy parrot that she gave to a little girl earlier. When she tries to hide it, Shake appears and tries to take Maira back with him. Ban then arrives to the scene and formally apologizes for hurting Maira earlier and even if she doesn't forgive him, Ban will keep his promise and protect her until the end. Holding his wrist to show that the ring is not inflicting pain, Maira realizes that Ban is telling the truth. Ban transforms into DekaRed, but after a while, Shake overpowers him. Struggling to get up, Ban yells over and over again that he'd protect Maira. However, Maira suddenly tells Shake to take him back with her to space and that Ban is not her boyfriend. Although Ban was surprised, he was more shocked when Maira told him that she never trusted him in the beginning, because the only man that she trusts is Shake. Ban is heartbroken at the fact that Maira lied to him this whole time, but then realizes that the ring around Maira's wrist is inflicting pain to her and she's just trying to put up a brave front. This made Ban understand that Maira is lying right now to protect him from Shake, despite the fact that she greatly hates lies yet she's willing to commit such a crime to protect him. Ban then yells out and tells Maira that she doesn't need to lie and that he will protect his promise to protect her. Transforming into DekaRed again, Ban overpowers Shake this time. The other DekaRangers arrive to the scene, and overpowers Shake to the point he had to summon his Kaijuuki. The team forms the DekaRanger robot to take down the robot, and then uses the D-Bazooka to delete him for good.
