Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Tycoon ID Core attached to the driver, Keiwa transforms into Kamen Rider Tycoon.
Kamen Rider Tycoon is themed after a tanuki, or Japanese raccoon dog.
While competing in the Desire Grand Prix, Tycoon looks after civilians and other Riders.
