Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Buffa Core ID attached to the driver, Michinaga transforms into Kamen Rider Buffa.
Buffa is named after buffalo.
A fierce competitor in the Desire Grand Prix, Buffa battles aggressively against Jamato. Uses the Zombie Breaker as his default weapon.

Armor parts are modeled after the Boostriker.
Boost Buckle's Boost Time turns the Boostriker into a buffalo-like vehicle for Buffa to get closer to enemies.
Interchangeable with Zombie Boost Form via the Desire Driver's Revolve On function.
