Kadoya Tsukasa is the protagonist of [[Kamen Rider Decade]]. He 's a traveler who oversees the fate of the multiverse as '''Kamen Rider Decade'''.

==History==
Tsukasa is an amnesiac man who doesn't know who he really is, but has the talent of taking photos. At one point, Hikari Natsumi's world suddenly face the inevitable destruction. Tsukasa is separated from Natsumi by an aurora screen. He encounters Kurenai Wataru who addresses him as "Decade" and requests his duty to protect the world. Tsukasa reunites with Natsumi, he spots the '''DecadeDriver''' in her hands and then uses it to transform into '''Kamen Rider Decade''' to fight the Kaijins. Tsukasa learns from Wataru that the destruction of Natsumi's world is a result of the nine Kamen Rider Worlds converging into one world. He is tasked travel into these worlds to seek out the Kamen Riders in the hope of resolving the disturbances in each world.
