Voiced by Tamura Yukari (田村ゆかり)

A robotic parrot who has the ability to give prophecies that act as hints for finding Grand Powers.

When he does his prophecies, he says "Let's Treasure Navigate!" Since he uses "oira" to address himself, it's likely that Navi is male.

A reoccurring gag in the show is Marvelous addressing Navi as tori/bird.
