Important things that happened
- Kanzaki Shirou approaches Asakura Takeshi in his cell and offers him a chance to escape if he joins the Rider Battle.
- Asakura accepts the offer and transforms into Kamen Rider Ouja. He breaks out of the Kantou Prison.
- Kitaoka bails Shibaura out of police custody. Their identities as Riders are revealed between them.
- Asakura seeks revenge on Kitaoka, who refused to bail him out. He hunts down Kitaoka after finding his address.
- Shibaura reveals to Asakura that Kitaoka is also a Rider.
- Asakura holds the resturant customers as hostages, Shinji is caught in the crime scene after defeating the Gelnewt Mirror Monster.
