Important things that happened
- Takumi and Kaidou are horrified by Kiba's cruel method in using the Riotroopers to attack them. They officially end their friendship with Kiba.
- Kaidou and Mihara work together to get the Riotrooper belts from the Riotrooper belt users.
- Kusaka suffers a headache and passes out; his adoptive father, Hanagata, finds him already unconscious. Kusaka wakes up at a Smart Brain hospital and finally reunites with Hanagata.
- Hanagata's confession
- Hanagata tells the truth that the Ryuusei School reunion was meant for everyone to learn the eventual fate of fighting the Orphenoch. He wished it was a happy reunion, but he did not predict Smart Brain deployed Orphenoch to turn things into a massacre. Hanagata personally witnesses majority of the Orphenoch only enjoy their powers to kill; he eventually concludes his theory and thinks the entire Orphenoch population should be destroyed for a better future.
- Hanagata reveals each of the already dead Ryuusei students were implanted with an Orphenoch solution sometime after the massacre. Kusaka had a special case because his body somehow adapted the solution to a certain extent. He can transform into Kaixa multiple times while others died instantly after transforming into Kaixa only for one time. Kusaka's recent headaches are signs of the solution wearing off, the next transformation into Kaixa will risk killing him. Hanagata highly advices him to stay away from the battles and live a normal life.
- Hanagata speaks with Kiba about the Orphenoch is the next evolution of humanity. Unfortunately, the human body cannot bear such evolution very long and starts decaying. Hanagata has been seeking the Orphenoch King the entire time in order to learn the secret of surviving. Even though he now knows the King exists within Teruo, he finds the situation is very ironic because the Riders are already protecting him without realizing what they're actually doing. Hanagata's own body is at its limits, that's why he appointed Kiba as the new president of Smart Brain as well as paying Mari and Rina a visit one last time.
- Kusaka's glorious moment
- Kusaka hears Hanagata's private conversation with Kiba about the fate of the Orphenoch and the Orphenoch King exists within Teruo. He tries to kill Hanagata as Kaixa, but Hanagata dissolves into ashes and dies. Then, Kusaka goes after Teruo; Kiba forces him to change his direction by using Mari as a bait.
- Kusaka transforms into Kaixa to fight the Lucky Clover Orphenoch at the cost of his condition leaving him at a disadvantage against three enemies. He is knocked out of the transformation; he is distances away from the Kaixa Gear as he loses his focus to maintain alive. Kiba picks up the Kaixa Gear and kills Kusaka as Kaixa.
- Kusaka dissolves into ashes with Mari unable to location his body.

- Kaidou might have been acting like a comedian all the time. His recent experience with Teruo and the orphans proofs that he has a heart and he does admire Kiba's previous dream. That's probably why he is furious at Kiba's sudden change.
